Harry Morton was a charismatic and popular restauranteur who started the Pink Taco restaurant chain. He began his career as the owner of a night club called The Viper Room.

He was born into a restaurant dynasty. His father was Peter Morton, co-founder of the restaurant-chain the Hard Rock Café, and his grandfather Arnie Morton was the founder of the restaurant chain Morton’s The Steakhouse.

Harry Morton was well respected and considered by everyone “a true gentleman who led by example, helped others and knew his duty.”

It was a great shock when he died from sudden cardiac arrest due to undiagnosed coronary artery disease.

Harry Morton’s family and many friends will always cherish the memories of this wonderful man whose life was well lived but far too short.
